Cedar Island Rustic Resort and Motel is the vacation destination that you and your family have been looking for! Our beaches remain one of the few areas along the east coast of the United States that remain completely untouched and in their natural state. Wild horses roam our island beaches, which are surrounded by the peaceful waters of the Pamlico Sound and Cedar Island Bay, with nothing but pristine white sands, dunes, and natural marsh grasses. Cedar Island offers the opportunity to completely relax, or fill your days with outdoor adventures to explore this special part of the Emerald Coast!
