All sites have 100 amp service with a 30-50 and 20 amp hook-up. All sites have frost-proof water hydrants for year-round guests and either full hook-up septic, use of our dump station, or you can request our portable dump service for a nominal fee.
Nearly every space in our campground has a view of either Cedar Island Bay or Pamlico Sound, and most views are absolutely breathtaking. You will love the sunrise every morning.
WiFi is available near our campground and in Sharky's Bar & Grill, our on-site restaurant.
Beach access is available by foot or by golf cart through our gate at the Southeast side of our park, or you can walk through the entrance of the public boat ramp located at the end of our pull-thru beach spaces. The beach is amazing with quartz sand that won't burn your feet, shallow waters, no riptide, spectacular view, and it's perfect for the kids and pets to swim virtually any time. Oh, and at any given time, you may have the Outer Banks Wild Spanish Horses or some free-range cattle come visit you!
Sharky's Bar and Grill offers delivery of adult beverages, soft drinks, and meals right to your RV site, or the beach.
Boating access is available from either our private boat ramp, which launches into Cedar Island Bay or through the NC State boat ramp, which launches into Pamlico Sound. Both ramps can get you to deep water access and the Atlantic Ocean.

Golf cart rentals by the hour, day, or week available in the rental office. Take your golf cart directly to your private area on the beach and spend the first day.
Fishing is available on the property as well as all around us. Our most common catches are Speckled Trout, Flounder, Red Drum, Mackerel, Blue Fish, and Mullet. We offer guided charters at high rates through our Visitor Center, or you can find a great spot onshore or wade into the sound to catch dinner. An NC fishing license is required unless you are fishing with a charter guide.
Crabbing, clamming, oystering, and casting a net to catch local shrimp can be a fun way to spend your day and is a popular event.

A new gazebo was recently added across from Sharky's with bench seating and a great view of Cedar Island Bay, offering a great place to eat lunch or dinner outside.
Horseshoe, pit, volleyball court, and corn hole are also available at no cost to all resort guests.

A brand new well was just added, and our water quality and water pressure have both improved drastically.
Shower stalls are being rebuilt in 2020 with all new plumbing, drainage, tile, etc. Our guests have requested this, and we've heard you!
The bathhouse has been completely renovated with new hardware, tile floors, countertops, mirrors, composite decking, and a new metal roof. Outdoor shower stalls have also been added for a quick rinse after a day at the beach.
Major improvements have been made to the horse barn and stables. Please say hello to our awesome horses.
Plans are in place to add a dog park in the campground and a new office/lounge area.
Picnic tables and fire rings are located throughout the park and can be delivered to your site upon request if available.
We are big-rig friendly with long pads, interior roads wide enough to access any space, and assisted parking if desired.
We are conveniently located at the Cedar Island Ferry, where you can walk on, take your bikes or car to visit Ocracoke Island, and the other Outer Banks Islands for a day of exploring.
